Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Kemimoto warrants to the Original Purchaser that each new product will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally and appropriately. This Limited Warranty spans a variable period ranging from 3 months to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product. This warranty duration reflects Kemimoto's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for all our products within their respective warranty timelines. Please refer to the product documentation or contact Kemimoto customer service for the exact warranty period applicable to your product.

Please note the following:
1.Warranty applies to purchases made on the Kemimoto USA website (kemimoto.com).
2.Only the original buyer is eligible for warranty coverage.
3.A proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
4.Approved warranty returns should be sent to Kemimoto within 7 days; contact us for possible extensions.
5.The customer must cover return shipping costs to Kemimoto and provide the tracking number.
6.For items bought through Amazon, eBay, or authorized Kemimoto dealers, initiate warranty claims through the respective platform:

- Authorized Dealers: Reach out directly to the seller.

For clarity and without limiting the scope, the following conditions do not constitute defects in material or workmanship:

1.Normal wear and tear and/or required maintenance which occur during regular use.
2.Damage due to improper handling, storage, mounting, installation, lubrication, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
3.Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications or alterations, accidents, acts of God, or external forces.
4.Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to nicks, bruises, and discoloration that do not affect the product's functionality.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT. IT IS OFFERED EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED.

To the extent a state or jurisdiction prohibits the disclaimer of implied warranties, such implied warranties are limited to the specific product warranty period.

LIMITED REMEDIES
Should the Product exhibit a defect in materials and/or workmanship within the Limited Warranty Period, Kemimoto shall provide a replacement for the Product. Kemimoto will cover the cost of parts for the said replacement at no charge to the Customer. However, the Customer is responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal and installation of the Product. Moreover, the Customer must bear and prepay all shipping or transportation expenses related to the warranty service, including the return of the Product to Kemimoto.Furthermore, the risk of loss or damage to the Product during transit shall be borne by the Customer until the Product is duly received by Kemimoto. Subject to applicable law, should a defect arise, these stipulated remedies are exclusive and represent the Customer's entire recourse.

INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, KEMIMOTO DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. THIS EXCLUSION ALSO APPLIES TO BREACHES OF WARRANTY, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED. KEMIMOTO'S LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRODUCT'S PURCHASE PRICE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
If you need to submit a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form, describing the issue with the product in as much detail as possible and accurately providing the order information for verification. Our customer service team will contact you for resolution after receiving the warranty claim. Once it’s confirmed that the product is a Kemimoto item and within the Limited Warranty Period, you will be provided with a Return Material Authorization to return the product to the address specified by Kemimoto Customer Support. GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that might cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. In the event that any provision of this Limited Warranty is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
