Installation Overview

Installation Step

Step 1: Install the Vehicle-Side Mounting Brackets

Identify the labeled brackets for each door position. Attach the upper and lower mounting brackets to the corresponding UTV pillars, leaving the bolts slightly loose for later adjustment.

Step 2: Assemble the Upper Window and Lower Door

Align the upper window frame with the lower door panel and connect them using the supplied hardware. Install the labeled hinge plates and door-side brackets in their correct positions.

Step 3: Hang and Align the Door

Lift the assembled door into the UTV opening and align the upper and lower hinges with the vehicle-side brackets. Install the hinge fasteners and adjust the door until the surrounding gaps are even.

Step 4: Secure the Latches and Retaining Straps

Install and adjust the latch and striker hardware. Attach the interior support bar and retaining straps, fully tighten all hardware, and test the door for smooth movement and proper latching.
