    Installation Overview

    Verify roof clearance before placing the windshield against the rear opening. The rubber edge strips are already attached.

    Step 1 — Position the Rear Windshield

    Cut and attach the EVA foam to the four roll cage buckles, then place the rear windshield on the cab frame plate with the clamps inside the frame.

    Step 2 — Lock the Windshield

    Turn the handles upward to securely lock the rear windshield in place.

    Ranger Rear Windshield Fit, Mounting, and Cab Coverage

    Confirm Ranger fitment, roof clearance, no-drill mounting, rear visibility, and realistic weather protection before adding the fixed polycarbonate panel.

    Does the rear windshield require drilling?

    No. Rotating clamps secure the panel, and the rubber strips arrive pre-installed.

    Will the panel reduce cold air entering from behind?

    Yes. The full rear barrier helps reduce rearward airflow, although an open UTV cab will not become airtight.

    Can the driver still see through the rear of the cab?

    Yes. Clear polycarbonate is used to preserve rear visibility for backing and trail awareness.

    Does the roof need to be removed for installation?

    Not usually. Some Ranger setups may need the roof lifted slightly to create enough clearance for the panel.

    Is the rear window completely waterproof?

    No. The panel and seals help block rain and dirt, but the surrounding cab remains an open vehicle structure.
