OFFICIAL STATEMENT
SECURITY ALERT REGARDING FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS
Dear Valued Customers,
It has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals are impersonating the KEMIMOTO brand on social media platforms, specifically Facebook. These scammers are using our logo and intellectual property to create fake "Business Chats" and deceive customers into making direct payments via non-secure methods.
To protect your financial security and ensure you receive genuine KEMIMOTO products, please take note of the following official policies:
1. Official Payment Channels
KEMIMOTO will NEVER solicit payments through private messaging apps, social media chats, or direct money transfer services. All legitimate transactions must be completed through:
- Our official website: www.kemimoto.com
- Our verified flagship stores on authorized marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
Important: We do not accept direct transfers via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or personal PayPal "Friends & Family" for any orders.
Our Only Official Social Media Profiles
2. How to Identify a Scammer
Based on recent reports, fraudulent accounts often use the following red flags:
- Unofficial Emails: Scammers use public domains (e.g., kemimoto6@gmail.com). All official KEMIMOTO correspondence comes from an @kemimoto.com email address.
Official KEMIMOTO Correspondence:
All legitimate emails will ONLY come from our official domain: @kemimoto.com.
- hello@kemimoto.com
- Sales2@kemimoto.com
- Help@kemimoto.com
- support@kemimoto.com
- Dealer@kemimoto.com
- kemiwmtus@outlook.com
- kemimoto.syz@gmail.com
- Urgent Requests for Extra Fees: Be wary of requests for additional "shipping fees," "customs insurance," or "activation fees" after an initial payment has been made.
- Payment to Individuals: Legitimate payments are made to "KEMIMOTO," never to individual names (e.g., Markquel Steward or similar).
3. Take Action
If you encounter a suspicious account claiming to be KEMIMOTO:
- DO NOT share your credit card information or send money.
- REPORT the profile immediately to the social media platform (Facebook/Instagram).
- VERIFY the account by checking for the official verification badge or the link directly from our website.
We are currently working with law enforcement and platform security teams to shut down these fraudulent entities. Your trust is our most valuable asset, and we remain committed to providing you with a safe and premium shopping experience.
