3.5" Door Latches Extender 1 Pair Anti-rust for Increasing Air Circulation Fit 2014-2023 RZR
    Product Description

Key Advantage of RZR Door Latch Extender

The RZR door latch extender creates a small opening for better cab ventilation, with a coated Q235 steel connection, tool-free installation, and flexible use across compatible doors.

    Challenge

Slow rides in warm weather can leave a closed cab feeling hot and short on airflow.

    How It Helps

The RZR door latch extender holds a compatible door about 3.5 inches open, creating a defined gap for fresh air to enter the cab.

    Why It Matters

More Air Without Fully Opening the Door

The door latch extension allows air to move through the cab while the door remains partially open, helping improve ventilation during warm-weather rides.

    Challenge

Bumps and vibration can make a loosely connected venting accessory shift at the latch.

    How It Helps

The extender uses Q235 steel to connect the door latch to the vehicle-side catch. Its painted, anti-rust surface helps protect the metal against corrosion.

    Why It Matters

A Coated Steel Connection for Regular Use

The steel construction supports the extender's everyday opening function. The protective finish also helps maintain the surface through routine use.

    Challenge

Drivers may want extra airflow but have no tools or time for a permanent installation.

    How It Helps

The hook-on design allows the door latch extender to be installed and removed without tools on compatible Polaris RZR doors.

    Why It Matters

    Quick Changes Between Ride Conditions

Add the extender when extra airflow is useful, then remove it when you no longer need the added opening. This gives you a simple way to adjust cab ventilation between rides.

    Challenge

Crew-cab owners can order too few pieces if they assume one pair covers front and rear doors.

    How It Helps

Check the package quantity and the number of doors you plan to equip before ordering. A pair of RZR door latch extenders may not cover every door on a multi-seat vehicle.

    Why It Matters

    Order the Right Coverage

Confirm whether you want to add ventilation to the front doors, rear doors, or both. Check the product listing for the exact quantity included and order the number of sets needed for your setup.

    FAQs

    RZR Latch Extender Buyer Questions

Fit, opening distance, quantity, and route conditions should all be settled before purchase.

Will the RZR Door Latch Extender Fit Every Polaris RZR Model?

No. Compatibility depends on the vehicle model and year. Check the fitment information on the product page before ordering to confirm that the door latch extender is suitable for your Polaris RZR.

How Far Does a Polaris RZR Door Latch Extension Hold the Door Open?

The RZR door latch extender holds a compatible door approximately 3.5 inches open. This gap allows more air to enter the cab and helps improve ventilation during warm-weather rides.

Do RZR Door Latch Extenders Require Tools for Installation?

No. The hook-on design allows the door latch extension to be installed and removed without tools on compatible vehicles. Follow the product instructions and confirm that the extender is properly seated before use.

Does One Pair of RZR Door Latch Extenders Cover All Four Doors?

Not necessarily. Check the package quantity and the number of doors you plan to equip before ordering. Adding ventilation to both the front and rear doors may require two sets, depending on the quantity included in the product listing.

Is It Suitable to Use a Door Latch Extender on Muddy Trails?

Use caution when riding on muddy trails or through areas with loose debris. The partially open door can allow more mud, water, and debris into the cab. Consider the route conditions before using the RZR door latch extender, and remove it when a more closed door position is preferable.
