What Owners Gain in Regular Use — Setup Planning: Cab Doors for

Soft Upper Door Cab Enclosure Set for Polaris RZR XP 4 1000 is designed around practical side coverage, mirror compatibility, windshield clearance, weather protection, and durable hardware. The key is to confirm the vehicle fitment and understand how each feature supports regular trail use.

All-Year Protection — Coverage That Adapts to the Weather
Challenge

During changing weather, can the cab enclosure provide protection without limiting ventilation when conditions improve?

How It Helps

The upgraded soft top door skin provides coverage against sun, rain, and dust in summer while helping block wind, snow, and cold in winter. When additional ventilation is needed, the transparent film can be rolled up and stored.

Why It Matters

All-Year Protection — Coverage That Adapts to the Weather

The enclosure provides added protection across different seasons, while the roll-up transparent film gives riders the flexibility to increase ventilation when needed.

Designed Around Common UTV Accessories — Less Interference During Installation
Challenge

Could existing side mirrors or a front full windshield interfere with upper door installation?

How It Helps

The soft cab enclosure features a 6.3-inch open slot that is wide enough to accommodate most UTV side mirrors on the market. The opening provides clearance around the mirrors, so there is no need to remove them before installing the cab enclosure.

The upper door is also designed to work with most front full windshields. If the windshield interferes with the original strap position, the strap can be removed and the nearby hook-and-loop tape can be attached to the front bar.

Why It Matters

Designed Around Common UTV Accessories — Less Interference During Installation

The dedicated mirror opening and adjustable front attachment method help the upper door work around most side mirrors and front full windshields, making installation more convenient without requiring major changes to the existing vehicle setup.

Roller Blind Design — Quick to Roll Down and Secure
Challenge

When conditions change, can the upper door be opened or secured quickly without getting in the way?

How It Helps

The roller blind design allows the door panel to be rolled down and secured with two straps when additional airflow or easier access is needed. The simple roll-up and strap-fixing design makes adjustment more convenient during regular use.

Why It Matters

Roller Blind Design — Quick to Roll Down and Secure

The roll-down design provides a more convenient way to adjust the upper door when conditions change. Two straps keep the rolled panel secured, helping keep it out of the way when the opening is needed.

Upgraded Nylon Zipper — Smoother and More Durable
Challenge

During repeated use, could the zipper become difficult to operate or separate under pulling force?

How It Helps

The upgraded nylon coil zipper slides more smoothly and is designed to resist coming off and damage. The strong nylon coil zipper teeth provide greater horizontal pull strength to help prevent separation. The zipper is also positioned behind the fabric to help protect it from mud, water, and ice particles.

Why It Matters

Upgraded Nylon Zipper — Smoother and More Durable

The upgraded zipper combines smoother operation with added protection from common trail conditions, supporting reliable use over time.
