Ranger Soft-Upper Questions for Seasonal Use

Does the installation require drilling?

Yes. The installation instructions call for two drilled holes; other positions use original screws and straps.

Can the windows be opened for ventilation?

Yes. The transparent film rolls upward and secures with straps.

What does the reflective strip do?

It marks the zipper area so the opening point is easier to find at night or in low light.

How should the -10°C figure be understood?

It is a stated low-temperature reference for the clear PVC film, not a certification that every component is suitable for all extreme-weather use.

Which Ranger versions are covered?

The list spans several Ranger XP 1000 trims plus Ranger 1000 Diesel; verify the exact trim and year before ordering.
