    Installation Overview

    For Polaris Ranger XP 1000 / Crew XP 1000, installation uses clamp-on hardware.

    Step 1 — Assemble the Windshield

    Connect the upper and lower windshield panels with the three hinges, screws, and lock nuts.

    Step 2 — Mount the Windshield

    Place the assembled windshield on the vehicle and secure it to the roll cage with six Velcro straps.

    Step 3 — Fold Down the Upper Panel

    Remove four upper straps and fold down the upper windshield for increased airflow. Keep two straps secured to hold the lower panel.

    Step 4 — Secure the Folding Panel

    Pass the straps through the upper windshield slots and strap rings, then wrap them tightly around the roll cage on both sides.
