    Product Features

Soft-Door Control for Earlier RZR Cab Openings

The enclosure adds seasonal coverage to selected earlier RZR platforms while keeping the side windows adjustable. Zipper access, low-light markers, strap mounting, and cold-film care remain distinct.

    Challenge

Upper side openings leave riders exposed to cold air, rain, and trail dust.

    How It Helps

PVC fabric and clear film extend coverage above the original door line.

    Why It Matters

    A More Sheltered Side Opening

The enclosure helps reduce direct exposure on older RZR routes without claiming a full seal.

    A More Sheltered Side Opening

PVC fabric and clear film extend coverage above the original door line.

    Challenge

A closed soft window can trap heat when the day warms.

    How It Helps

The transparent panel rolls upward and secures out of the opening.

    Why It Matters

Change the Airflow Without Removing the Door

Window position can follow the weather while the enclosure remains installed.

Change the Airflow Without Removing the Door

The transparent panel rolls upward and secures out of the opening.

    Challenge

Entering the cab is awkward if the zipper can only be reached from one side.

    How It Helps

Zipper pulls are provided on both the interior and exterior.

    Why It Matters

Operate the Window from Either Side

Dual access points make routine entry and exit easier to manage.

    Challenge

Dark fabric makes a zipper location harder to identify after sunset.

    How It Helps

Reflective strips mark the window opening area.

    Why It Matters

A Visible Reference in Low Light

The added marker supports quicker access during nighttime stops.

    Challenge

Seasonal doors lose appeal when mounting requires permanent hardware.

    How It Helps

Heavy-duty straps secure the enclosure without tools.

    Night Camp Movements

    Night Camp Movements

Reflective zipper markers assist when entering the cab under limited light.

Mild Days After a Cold Start

Mild Days After a Cold Start

Roll-up windows restore ventilation without removing the entire enclosure.

    Installation Overview

Unfold the panels, identify the inside and outside pulls, and allow cold material to relax before tensioning.

    Installation Overview

    Step 1

Loosely secure the straps around the roof, rear, front, and grab bars of the vehicle frame.

    Step 2

Adjust and flatten the soft door panel to ensure it is properly centered.

    Step 3

Remove the backing paper and attach the self-adhesive tapes to the vehicle's plastic panels.

    Step 4

Tuck the upper and front edges beneath the roof and windshield to reduce gaps, then repeat the installation on the opposite side.

RZR Soft-Enclosure Use and Care Questions

Can the zipper be operated from inside the cab?

Yes. The enclosure is described with convenient zipper pulls on both sides of the window.

How are the windows stored when open?

Unzip and roll the clear panels upward, then secure them with the provided retainers.

What if the clear PVC arrives creased?

Care guidance suggests gently warming the PVC with a hair dryer to relax wrinkles; avoid overheating the material.

How should the -10°C reference be interpreted?

It applies to the clear PVC film as stated and should not be treated as a fixed operating limit for every component or condition.

Does the enclosure fit every Polaris RZR?

No. Fit is limited to the listed RZR 570, Trail 570, and named 2014 RZR 800/900 applications.
