Installation Overview

Set the lower and upper sections in place, then use the included fastening points to bring the rear windshield into alignment before tightening.

Step 1

Use the provided screws, nuts, and composite gaskets to connect the upper and lower windshield panels.

Step 2

Snap one end of the windshield into the safety belt and position it behind the seat belt.

Step 3

Push the opposite safety belt buckle outward, then place the windshield behind the belt.

Step 4

Use the six straps to securely fasten the assembled windshield in place.

RZR XP Sliding Rear Vent Fit and Care Guide

What makes the sliding vent useful during a ride?

The opening lets the cab gain fresh air without removing the rear windshield. Close the vent when dust, rain, or mud becomes the larger concern.

Which RZR families are excluded from fitment?

RZR 800, RZR 900, and RZR 1000 S models are not compatible.

Is the rear windshield made of glass?

No. The panel uses 1/5-inch hard-coated polycarbonate.

Can the surface still be scratched?

Yes. The coating is intended to reduce light abrasion, not make the panel scratch-proof. Clean away loose grit before wiping.

Will every edge form a perfectly flush seal?

Fit depends on vehicle condition and installation. Align the panel carefully and check all corners before final tightening.
