Product Features

CFMOTO Flip Up Windshield for Adjustable Airflow and Protection

The UTV flip-up windshield opens for more ventilation and closes for fuller front coverage when conditions change. Its adjustable design helps manage airflow while blocking wind, dust, rain, and trail debris during work and off-road rides.

Challenge

Fixed Windshields Can Make Hot Rides Feel Stuffy

How It Helps

Raise the UTV flip-up windshield with one hand to let more air enter the cab. Lower it again when less airflow is needed.

Why It Matters

One-Hand Airflow for Faster Ride Adjustments

Change ventilation without removing the windshield or stopping the ride. The one-hand handle makes airflow easier to manage on warmer trails.

One-Hand Airflow for Faster Ride Adjustments

Raise the UTV flip-up windshield with one hand to let more air enter the cab. Lower it again when less airflow is needed.

Challenge

Half Windshields Cannot Add More Coverage when Needed

How It Helps

Close the full windshield when wind, rain, or flying debris becomes stronger. The panel restores more front coverage around the cab opening.

Why It Matters

More Front Coverage when Weather Turns Rough

Switch from ventilation to stronger front protection as conditions change. The closed position is useful on colder, wetter, or debris-heavy routes.

Close the full windshield when wind, rain, or flying debris becomes stronger. The panel restores more front coverage around the cab opening.

Challenge

Branches and Cleaning Can Leave Marks on Windshields

How It Helps

Protect the CFMOTO ZForce flip-up windshield with a dual-layer coating designed to resist minor scratches. Proper cleaning also helps preserve the clear viewing surface.

Why It Matters

Dual-Layer Protection against Minor Surface Scratches

The dual-layer hardened coating helps resist minor scratches and preserve a clearer view. With proper care, the coating may remain in good condition for approximately one to three years, but actual longevity depends on use, cleaning, storage, and surface contact.

Challenge

Strong Sunlight Can Increase UV Exposure and Glare

How It Helps

Reduces UV transmission through the windshield during long daytime rides. The lab-tested surface helps limit direct UV exposure through the front panel.

Why It Matters

Lab-Tested UV Protection for Daytime Riding

The windshield is lab-tested to block 100% of UV transmission under the stated test conditions. This helps reduce UV exposure and glare, although results depend on the integrity, condition, and correct use of the panel.

Challenge

Thin Windshields Can Raise Impact Concerns on Trails

How It Helps

Use the polycarbonate windshield to handle repeated contact from branches, loose debris, and rough terrain. The 5mm panel provides strong impact resistance.

Why It Matters

5mm Polycarbonate with High Impact Resistance

The 5mm polycarbonate is described as 250 times stronger than glass and provides strong impact resistance.

Hot and Sunny Off-Road Routes

Hot and Sunny Off-Road Routes

Open the CFMOTO ZForce flip-up windshield for more cabin airflow during hot, high-UV off-road rides, then return it to the closed position when fuller front coverage is needed.

Wind, Rain, and Flying Debris

Wind, Rain, and Flying Debris

Use the front windshield in the closed position when the weather turns rough. The panel adds more coverage against wind, rain, and loose trail debris.

Bumpy Forest and Recreation Trails

Bumpy Forest and Recreation Trails

The polycarbonate windshield uses a 5mm panel and anti-vibration rubber pads for added impact resistance and support. Correct mounting also helps the panel stay more controlled on uneven routes.

CFMOTO ZForce Flip Up Windshield Upper Mount Alignment

Position the CFMOTO ZForce flip-up windshield and anti-vibration rubber pads before tightening the mounts. Pay extra attention to the upper mounting points, since they may take more time to locate and align correctly. Tighten the connections only after the panel sits evenly.

Step 1

Confirm the exact CFMOTO ZForce model and year before installation.

Step 2

Position the windshield against the front mounting area.

Step 3

Place the anti-vibration rubber pads at the intended contact points.

Step 4

Locate and align the upper mounts before applying final pressure.

Step 5

Secure all mounting points evenly without forcing the polycarbonate panel.

Step 6

Test the one-hand handle and confirm smooth open and closed movement.

CFMOTO ZForce Flip-Up Windshield FAQ

Does the windshield really block 100% of UV transmission?

The panel is lab-tested for zero UV transmission under the stated test conditions. That supports strong UV protection, but performance should be considered in relation to the panel's condition, installation, and tested coverage area.

Will the hardened coating remain scratch-free for three years?

No. The dual-layer coating helps resist minor scratches but is not scratch-proof. With proper care it may remain in good condition for approximately one to three years, while abrasive cleaning, branches, sharp objects, storage, and frequent use can shorten its service condition.

How should I clean and maintain the polycarbonate?

Remove loose dust first, then wipe gently with a damp microfiber or non-woven cloth. Briefly soak stubborn stains and dry the surface immediately. Use water, a neutral cleaner, or a specialized polycarbonate cleaner. Do not use alcohol, acetone, gasoline, corrosive chemicals, or abrasive materials.
