The Wright brothers took their time here to get the wheels in the sky, but we're going to leave them on the ground. Because North Carolina has many great UTV and ATV trails. There are so many lands to explore and so many trails to conquer.

1.Black Swamp OHV Area

Location:  Black Swamp Road, Pollocksville, NC 28573

Dates Open:  Year-Round

Fees:  $5/rider; Annual Pass - $30/rider

This area is around 200 acres with a 8 miles of trail. Mostly of the terrain are mud and cover with trees. It has the limit of noise and vehicle width.

2.Brown Mountain OHV Trails

Location: 465 Warrensburg Road, Stony Creek, NY 12878

Dates Open: April 1 - January 1

Fees: $5/rider; Season pass - $30

This trail is about 8320 acres and with a trail of 34 miles. The elevation change is not too much, so it’s also friendly to novice to ride. This park is suit for all skill levels riders. There are some very technical and rocky 4x4 trails prepare for experts.

3.Busco Beach ATV Park & Campground

Location: 1243 Bryan Blvd., Goldsboro, NC 27530

Dates Open:  Daily 24/7

Fees:  $10/OHV

Almost all types of vehicles are permitted on the trails, and a helmet is required for all riders. Camping is allow in some areas.

4.Deep Creek ATV Park

Location: 2601 Slocomb Road,  Linden, NC 28356

Dates Open: Friday 10am-10pm, Saturday 8am-10pm, Sunday 8am-6pm

Fees:  $25/OHV(Day Pass)

This muddy park is about 2500 acres with a 15 miles of trail. The elevation changes is not so obvious.
